Chr. Hansen wanted to strengthen the communication to and engagement with employees on production sites, whose access to corporate communication is often limited, due to shifting working hours, different locations, and less use of work computers.

Site Ambassadors - a strong voice among production peers

To start with, Open conducted a qualitative analysis among employees on production sites, gaining in-depth knowledge of internal communication needs and preferences. Based on the findings, a team of Site Ambassadors was established, engaged, trained and activated, and now forms a new and strong communication channel for production peers.
